Delivery times may vary depending on the customer's location, courier service, weather conditions, public holidays, and other circumstances beyond our control.

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by the relevant courier service.

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

7. ORDER CANCELLATION

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Our returns and replacements are governed by our Return & Replacement Policy.
